Dropships
Soooo much fun.
My only problem, ultra tracking swarms. And the occasional rail/Fg, but often times I can dodge their shots. Unless of course I get one shot.
It's a nice, welcome change to my tanks.
Now if I can just get the hang of landing.

I seem to take less damage if I touch down with the butt end first instead of the nose end (if that makes sense). |

Just wait until you do get the hang of gentle precision landings. You can be going full speed with afterburners across the map and an instant later be landing exactly where you want, even if it's between obstacles, while taking no damage. It feels so good man, so good. |

At least when I fly the dropship, I forget that I am even using a controller. My body and the dropship feel as though they are one, like I am actually some type of capsuleer. It feels as though I can send a signal directly from my brain to the dropship and it will respond exactly as I want it to. Seriously, as bad as some things are in Dust, the sense of control I have when flying a dropship has been one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. |

I saw you in a match the other day. I dropped uplinks on the building, and it was me and a couple other forge gunners on top. There were maybe 3 Dropships on your team, and you were one of them. The other Forge Gunners kept stealing my kills with Militia when I was using an Assault......I need better aim with those things :/ |

I like dropships too!
Especially when the do that cool aeronautical maneuver. You know the one - meteor dive, and I get +75/90.

I should of probably mentioned that I was referring to the assault dropship. The normal dropships are fine, but they are not nearly as nimble. I don't see what would be so wrong with making them all as quick and agile as the assault. |
