nothing funny about it actually. It used to be funny back in the closed beta days, then gradually the old heads that's left over at CCP, stopped using it because they realized there's nothing funny about promising something and it gets delayed over and over or it never comes.

CCP doesn't know the meaning of tweaking. They either completely neuter something over overbuff it so it is completely overpowered. There is nothing inbetween. |
