Okay, 500k is seriously not enough. let them start with 1,000,000 UA SP, but lock 500,000 SP for one week. that way, they can spend the first half finding what they dont like, then use the other half on what they do. I dont think anyone should have problem with this. Who else thinks this is a good idea? 1 mil is enough to get an adv suit, adv weapon, and a few basic module types and maybe 1 equipment std. |

Basically a "loyalty rewards" system for newcomers that triggers after the first week? Would be interesting, but you'd need some kind of interface to show that the bonus was a one time thing.. A "newcomer's timeline" that has a series of checklists, and if you complete an objective you get a reward? Like: Make your first fitting, change your equipment, change your gun, etc and when all checks are done it hands out a bit of SP? |

make battle academy last longer 1200 WP is far to low for new people who starts this game what play at most 6 games against people who have your skill then get put in games against people who are far better then them. They need to change that first if anything |

Still better to have a cap of 6,000,000 SP with no extra SP added from the weekly cap. Once the guy gets past that, it's all about reaching the weekly cap. |

I'd rather them get an accelerated SP gain and maybe even no weekly cap for up to ~3,000,000. More starting SP means more room to screw up their character right out the gate. Ban anything above standard gear in the academy, raise the graduation requirements to 100,000 WP with the option to participate in public and FW battles to gauge their skill level along the way. |

I made this suggestion a while back, the response I got from people was only if they got a free 500K too. I honestly think some people just want to watch this game fail so they can watch it all burn. |

Unless we have the rolling cap we were promised, I'd be happy letting newberries have the main release until present day amount of passive sp. And have it be re-assignable until they reach 10,000 total WP. |

Definitely agreed. Also as mentioned, make the Battle Academy last longer (and be more varied). 1200 WP is laughably low.
You should have to play at least couple matches of every type (Ambush/Skirmish/Domination) before graduating from the BA.
But yeah 1mil SP for starters!

this and other militia suits, maybe even more militia done suits like 6 or 7. Give them scouts to scan, heavies and more weapons to try out.
PS: and give all the old chars the extra 500.000 additional. |

Yes more suits and intelligent fittings. Make them more useful and give them roles to play. Like a real medic with a needle and armor repairer. The militia suits don't necessary need to be "real layout suits". Let them have the layout they need to have to fulfill the teaching role they need to fulfill. |

I am often at the top of teams running proto gear. In standard gear. No, I'm not that great a player, either. So, nothing will make them suck less. They'll suck less when I stop seeing 15 guys on the top of one tower sniping while I'm the only one actually capturing the point in Domination. True story. |

I say give them 2 mil SP and an optional respec after playing for 1 month, i'd say 90% of new players completely fail with their first characters training and no one wants to start again, even if its only a few weeks work, the respec alone would probably double your player retention. |

i would like to raise the sp rewards in academy by 30% and bump graduation to 5 mill sp..
they would only have to sit in academy if they were not capable of obtaining 5 mill sp easily...which i mean with no cap..i could max and remove a alt from the academy in these conditions in 24 -48 hours and it would come out with a little survivability
also upon graduation give them an optional full respec ..most blue dots probably ruin they're first character |

EVE pilots get a attribute respec but it isn't as critical as a SP respec.
A an optional full respec for noob could be interesting, but first they need to try everything and for this, newbies need more startsuits to test from. |
