Is this really true?
If so, what's the point of the Racial Bonus anyways? Why should a Gallente "traitor" get a bonus for wearing an Amarr suit?

I am mini Logi first, amarr Logi second. Having protoed them both it's hard to really say which is 'better'
Primarily I run my mini suites for the hack speed. It is glorious, especially combined with the actual hack bonus. The natural suite speed difference is very noticeable switching between the two. And 4 equipment slots is nice.
My amarr suites I use for utility needs, AV mostly due to having a sidearm and equipment slots. It's also a straight up killer. 2 complex reppers and I'm bring back armor faster than shields.
If I had to choice only one suite (taking away even basic medium frames for AV or sniper fits) then I would have to choose the amarr Logi. But I have more fun in the mini Logi. |

I'm an equipment focused logistics player so the choice was between Min and Gal because they are the only ones with four equipment slots at proto.
I liked the Gal equipment fitting bonus, but the downside was lack of speed for equipment deployment. Adding armor back then also gave a bigger speed penalty.
The Min has a flexible 4-4-4 layout that I liked, but the tie-breaker was the fact that I own the SEVR BPO and and to get Min STD Logistics to use it.
I use the Min ADV suit to lay out proto level equipment and save fitting cost by taking a simple AR and leaving one high slot empty while adding a profile dampener in a low to keep from getting spotted and shot at.
Then I swap to the SEVR suit with MLT BPO injector and Rep tool since they reward me more and I'm not playing PC so WP's and low cost are more important. My biggest cost on that is the EXO-5 MD and the ADV scanner.
I'm hoping that all Logistics suits will eventually get equipment focused bonuses, but if not I might skill up the Gal suit as well. Being a good logi is all about flexibility and it doesn't make sense to limit your options. |

Well, I can say I've been Calogi for my entire time in Dust and I am now speccing Amarr Logi. That sidearm is the business. And it has got to be the best ADV suit in the game. |

I started speccing MinLogi Specifically for the Hacking and Armor Rep bonuses, movement/sprint speed and Four Eq. Slot at Proto, so I could play a strong support role.
I have Speed + Reps, so I can take a few hits while rezzing till my squad mate makes it to cover, then duck to cover myself, let my natives reps go to work while repping my squad mates, Hacking so I can counter hack fast in heavily contested areas, and keep my team rezzed, repped, and resupplied.
Haven't decided what to run for Eq. once I get proto, I'm thinking one suit with Rez/Rep/Ammo/Uplink and another with Active Scanner instead of Uplinks.

Yeah, that was not spoken like a true logi. Clearly that was someone WP farming in a logi suit.

Love my Gal Logi, it gives me the opportunity to get more outta my suit for what I wanna use it for than any other logi. Same goes for the Gal assault, which also lets me get the most bang for my buck when it comes to fitting him. |

Gallente log bonus to equipment fitting is a must. When most logi struggle to fill their equipment at proto level while still having a tock solid tank, the gallogi doesn't. I enjoy being able to use my core focused to repair my ishikune gauged banks to refill you ammo, my wyrkomi nanite injector adjust in case you died and my 3 second spawn pad just in case they terminate your clone. All this while wearing a rock solid armor tank and a proto plasma cannon... Did I mention a complex damage mod?
