Be nice to have one, nothing fancy, just a name and date/time stamp would do. |

Personally i would love a killboard, ike Eve's. Shows the fit of the guy you killed, how much his fit was worth, etc. Im not sure if theres just far too many kills happening everyday and is too much info to crunch. Unless all that is recorded anyway, it would be nice to see those proto suits get killed by a 10,000 isk suit. Maybe give hope to some newbie guys who think it can't be done. |

that would be a long list... I know for me it would be close to 19,000 names....

Yea this really isn't a feasible idea since some of us generate enough kills in a single session to make paging through it for that one magical "I got so and so" moment would be a pain in the rear. I like it conceptually but I don't see how it could work in practice. |

Yeah, i was afraid it was too much. Im sure theres guys in eve that have a massive number of kills like that. They did it over years though but they have been recorded. |

Its not just for "I got so and so moment".
Let me explain my reasons.
Team-kill is coming.
Apart from the X killed X in the top right hand corner, its hard to keep track...
Kill log/Death log would open up the New Eden/Dust sand box to a larger size bucket, due to the amount of meta games that could be played with a log.. *a lot of RPG players in FW.
As soon as player market is opened up, you'll find a lot of people will be playing a whole different game.
Granted a log like Eve's would be along arse list, and just looking at it would make you go meh..
But.. Having the log done as a tab on the battle report at the end of each match wouldn't be such a problem.
Maybe in time opening upto the possibility of placating bounties on players. |
