 Hi,
 
 I tried entering the code I got for winning a Dust round (the Tactical Edition) but it says
 
 "The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid"
 
 I even read the instructions to make sure I was doing as I was told :)
 
 anyone got one to work?

 which you will get a automated reply before a human emails a reply. Please be polite, it is a real human in a real customer support role.

 I can understand a solution taking time to be resolved but did you even receive the help ticket? can we get some time-frame that we can look to?

 I suspect it's probably a coordination issue with Sony, as the non-sony-style codes went through just fine (the ones that started with a D and were 25 or so characters long, for Black Eagle scouts versus the Sony codes which are XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

 Very likely, but the real problem is the customer service. The employees at any half competent fast food place have the courtesy to say good morning, hello etc... when you enter the store. I haven't even got an acknowledgment that there is a problem. that leaves me wondering if I've even submitted it to the right place. The fact that this may involve inter-corporate relations and therefore finances and lawyers etc... is not hard. But, at the least they could send me an email saying that it's a complex problem and may take an indeterminate amount of time. Basically, I find being blown off one of the most irritating and condescending things people do to each other. If CCP wants to change thier reputation of poor customer service a policy of replying to each trouble ticket within 24-48 hours would go a very long way there. I don't need a solution neccesarily right away but just a response.
