Not offence ... but people have been talking about this for 9 months ....The "this is a MOBA game and not a MMO" arguments feels a bit like ancient history....

They should be opening the market, at least within DUST, soon. That will be a start. I am hoping that when they add PVE it will include some MMO components. Improvements to PC and Faction Warfare should help with the MMO side a bit. I think the focus is on the FPS side still, but MMO components will enter the game little by little.

9 months.... that is how long people has been asking for this stuff .....i won't hold my breath if i was you. CCP response to this have always been the same;

They already deleted MMO from wikipedia. This game will never be massive. There was MAG with 218vs218 (if im not mistaken) and there will be PS2 with 2000+ contenders on batlefield. |

I agree, but I also feel that a lot of the core should have been finished before the game was released. I understand that bugs and glitches will arise, but it feels like most of the updates to the game are more bug fixes. It seems like a lot of this could have been avoided by releasing the game later.
I love the game, and I hope to see it become a very smooth, very polished shooter one day Hopefully, new content will make the game feel more complete, but right now, all I see is unfulfilled promises and an unfinished game. |

What about releasing the full game, and then worry about polishing the Core ... ?

Meh. Not gonna lie, the core is ass. But until this game is on PS4 the core will always be ass.
I wouldn't expect real MMO elements to exist in the game ever, either. Why? For the same reason there is no true ambulation in EVE. There will always be a crowd bitching about "core content" and that any manpower taken away from that to pursue something else is a waste of resources.
So anything that is not core related will always be "not a priority" and therefore will never actually be implemented. |

MAG was 128 vs 128 max in Domination.
Dust will NEVER get to a 256 player count per match. |

Exactly...that is the reason why i stopped trying... For nearly a year they have been saying that the Core is more important than the MMO.... a YEAR.... Y.E.A.R ......nearly 12 months later they still saying exactly the same thing, and the Core game-play still as **** as it was a YEAR ago. |
