First of all, I should mention that I don't have an iPhone or android or anything that can read QR codes. The book directs me to a site called "getscanlife.com" which has programs for reading QR codes for android, iPhone, blackberry, Windows 7 and below, but not Windows 8. There is an official TOR (the novel's publishing company) website that the back page of the novel would redirect me toward, but according to that the "the EVE: Templar One
Battleship Sweepstakes has ended."
Second, I'm reading this book, and if not enjoying it, then being engaged by what's happening. So, no, I'm not just going to ship the damned thing over. Third, the thing apparently expires on January first, next year. Fourth, the picture on the back of the book (which comes from the Wyvern supercarrier trailer) would imply you get a ******* three thousand meter long Caldari supercarrier, but according to the dead TOR website, it is a Battleship Sweepstakes.
That being said, what should I do? Is this even worth anything anymore? |

While I wait for a reply to show up can I mention that the trailer for the Wyvern is pure Pron with a reversed "o" and "r"? Seriously, post that stuff where it's appropriate. |

All the EvE trailers are sexy (looking at you EvE: Origins *wink*), and heck, the game itself has the best environments and ship structures designs I've ever seen.

Second: who puts an expiration date on videos? XD

As far as I can tell, it was for a sweepstakes for some battleship models that you would set on your desk. They look pretty nice. |

OOOOHHHHH, yes I remember now. They were actual PHYSICAL plastic models. I totally forgot about that.
But yeah, that was when the book came out, and expired a long time ago. |
