Boyo bit is not proper word here, game core mechanics are basicaly f*cuked up, amount of glitches, technical difficulties, poorly optimilized and unbalanced thingies are on critical level and they know that. I bet with you they dont even know with what they should start now.

It isn't ... anyone that have been following Dust 514 knows that, the game at the moment is more in the category of a "Demo" of things to come.
