The amount of invisible hang up on these maps are to many to count and list.
The invisible barriers don't line up either. Equipment will bounce off nothing in mid air.
I'm getting shot and killed when I am clearly behind cover. I will land shots and kills when my enemy is not exposed in anyway on my screen either. (long after any lag could be a culprit). This is probably more of a broken camera mechanic.
Something that would appear to be 5-10cm in height has to be jumped over, or onto.
People, equipment is spawning into, or getting stuck in walls.
Since Uprising, the graphics have been nice, but quite frankly they have masked a huge problem that has been in the game since launch. I honestly think the only way it can be fixed is taking one map at a time and combing it for flaws, bugs, glitches, and logic mishaps. You are aware of these problems, because you have addressed them in the past. I think attention to detail is needed in fixing them.

Quote:The hit registration is done server side (Not client side like in most other FPS) and it is likely that the hit registration you see on your screen is delayed in a case where a high latency is involved. The server would register the hit but it would only be display in a delayed reaction. This also generally translate with your aim being slightly off."

That why I mentioned the part about it occuring AFTER any latency would have been in effect. Its not like I'm running for cover and get behind the wall and instantly die. I've been established behind cover and still get shot. Or today, I shot a guy who was behind a rock and killed him. On my screen, he was not there, and hadn't been there the whole time. I shot an invisible man it seemed, when I went around the rock, I sw the body and thought "wtf?" |
