I run with the PIE Ground Deployment guys when running FW, especially recently, but again, I mostly either run with my bro or Viktor Hadah Jr, so there are maybe 3 of us max.

Yeah i know after 50 it's not really about killing efficiently it more about being able to actually find someone to shot who is not sitting in MCC and move on.

Umm I dropped two damage mods for shield extenders I kept one because of lower PG requirement so I can fit proto SMG.
But I have been running Amarr scout lately with nova knives and been slaughtering my KDR but it is so fun killing with nova knives.

I was thinking of trying dual repper but at that point i would just run my proto minimatar assault for fast shield reps. Although i think i might try a sidearm damage mod now that i look at your fit.
You switched from flux to locus and from 1 shield extender to no shield extenders while i switched from locus to flux and almost all shield extenders in 1.8...
the reason behind my flux now is almost everyone is running buffer shield extenders now since damage mods are not an option so its nice to take shield down...

1.8. Has made the sidearm much more relevant with higher TTK and New heavies so if you are facing quick overheat from your scram try to practice finishing with your sidearm.

The thing that's been pushing me away from the scram rifle recently is the bug that does not apply all the skills when you spawn so scram rifle overheats really fast and then I die and rage.

Fitting optimizations for the win \o/ I have to be more conservative about using the charge shots, more so than Pubs and I'm just not used to that lol it seems like my accuracy goes down when I'm tapping the trigger rather than letting go of the trigger after a charge shot LOL But I'm working on it, im sad it only really works on particular maps though, I'm glad I have scouts for my generalist suit and a heavy for the slaughterhouse map 
I pretty much exclusively use charge for cal scouts only. They drop so quickly if you can get that charge shot hit.
