Nope. I've played xD3struction many times, not only in pubs either. He has never used a Scrambler Rifle, not once.
In PC- he spams grenades.
In pubs- he sometimes uses his Duvolle.

Are you guys not disappointed by the base Shield / Armor changes? IMO it severely limits the dual tanking capabilities since the max Shields you can get now is 368 IIRC.

I think 2H4L would be wonderful, so much versatility. 3H4L would be great too since we only have 1 EQ slot, but the more slots to fill the less Proto items I can fit so hm...
I thought Gallente Scouts had a 1H/4L layout at Proto... hmm....
But still. Other than the terribad completely awesome bonus, the Amarr needs a good slot layout. I don't quite understand my own logic, but I still want the Amarr Scout to be speshul.

Although the bonus on my Amarr Scout doesn't do much, I've discovered...
