I actually got the assault Ak.0 for my scrambler, I liked it so much.
Although I've been finding myself going back to my roots - the heat bonus almost makes things too easy and I miss the fire discipline I had without it. When I first left the Ak.0 for a bit with the SCR still in hand I was a little surprised at how reliant I'd become on the bonus.
I believe Jenova Rhapsodos is also a very good SCR user who uses the Gk.0 with it as well.
Incidentally, is there a channel I can meet up with some of you folk?

This is a really good question.
I was with you in a PC match the other day but that's not really a chatting opportunity (and my PS3 melted anyway xD).

Yeah. In my best match we were actually losing and were down to one objective. It was line harvest, and we lost C. A pocket of resistance kept people distracted at the CRU while I defended D. I could actually see much of C from where I was, so I got a lot of my kills from firing into that. Then they started doing big assaults on me in waves.
Initially, our push started out strong then I got forge sniped.
Then after a while of holding D they orbitaled me (but I respawned and ganked them).
Then they killed everyone and charged again. I died horribly because I was stupid enough to charge three heavies head on. Finally, I respawned and cloned them out.
Getting high killcounts is dependent on people actually pushing.

Also - that was a /0, so that's much better than mine KDR wise. I think my highest /0 was 61 with an orbital, so I'm beaten there.
Though I do have a nice /0 I have a video of...
I'm horrendously rusty without the Ak.0 bonus now as well so Jenova almost certainly >>> me with Gk.0 + SCR.

When I see these guys in game, I get set for a good match and usually have to adjust my strategy while looking over my shoulder. Luckily for me, I play alongside most of these guys, so I know that I have great players watching my back.
What about you? I could care less, since everyone knows the weapon is OP, scrambler rifles dont impress me, yeah I know its a semi auto weapon and you have to aim, but that goes out the window when they turn on aim assist and hipfire in cqc, another thing this weapon has a DPS of around 1500 to 2000 I'm impressed by knova knives, I'm impressed by shotguns, I'm impressed by mass drivers, flaylocks, scrambler pistols, not OP rifles Just like the Duvolle never impressed me
This post bears the hallmark of uninformed anti-SCR posts - claiming it has a vastly higher DPS than it actually has.
IF you could consistently tap 11 times a second with three damage mods and proficiency 5, you still wouldn't get past 1500 dps, which you claim is the minimum of the SCR dps range. And IF you did that, you would overheat.

I'm finding the SMG and MSMG to be excellent sidearms for the SCR.

It's not as bad as I thought it'd be. My BPO fit isn't great anymore, but the Imperial (I like that name better) still performs adequately.

I'm more irritated that there's been a mass charge towards my Galscout. I suppose it was to be expected, but I actually specced into it to get away from FotM accusations. Ah well, my Gallogi is probably less used now.

That's a pretty broad topic tbh.
Personally I'm a fan of the legion thing and merging the assault and commando roles so the medframe assault has 2 light weapons and a damage bonus as well as the assault bonus, and then it actually being able to tank better than a scout.
But that's probably not really going to happen in DUST, so really I think the most important thing is that assaults get a decent damage dealing ability (Gal/Cal bonuses are just lol) and are actually able to out-tank battlescouts.
