Fw is a pub match idc what you say ccp (or anyone else)
Fw is a pub if any can join it
Add a requirement of some sort
Maybe k/d ?
1.0 minimum, atleast as a trial run, raise or lower according to situation
1.0 is easy but it'll keep off newberries
or maybe wp/match

I forget if it's been implemented yet or not, but faction warfare is supposed to eventually allow full team squads. That makes for a pretty significant meta-game shift to distinguish it from quick battles. |

CCP is. No ISK gains while fighting in FW, only LP gains. That do it for you? |

Perhaps something that actually sets it apart from pubs like LP or more ISK payout.
Or maybe even discounts on that races vehicles or dropsuits. |
