We are now ready to take in more clients needing that little extra to turn the tide of battle. The Rainbow Effect offers assistance to anyone, but not against anyone, we are not turncloaks and will not change sides in the middle of an ongoing contract.
We are mostly old school beta vets from old Seraphim Initiative, we have mostly played on and off with eachother for 1-2 years. This means that we're mostly europeans that play in EU primetime, with a couple of night owls tossed in the mix. We have a minimum requirement for our employees to have at least a 3 KDR and 15 M skillpoints. (Current corp stats are 41730 kills and 5.51 KDR) Hopefully we'll add a couple of hand picked individuals to our ranks shortly. People are encouraged to apply for a position in our firm if the above mentioned requirements are met and if swag level is acceptable.
Our roster thus far:
dark ir87 (From the "Adopt a noob" programe, formerly in "Defective by Design".) (Not a joke)(Seriously)
Deranged Disaster (Our most aggressive slayer with hugo Greek cohonas.)
Edrot Or'vana (Italian swag with gungame to rival the very best.)
Herman Hardon (Our only US based player, currently semi-active.)
Kerosini-Tero (Support logi with a tank alt, forever vigilant tactic aware.)
Kiran-B (Brithish Slayer, aggressive and hungry.)
KingBabar (Combat logi, what he lacks in skill he fixes with swag.)
OgTheEnigma (Slayer, currently semi-active.)
Rafa 3ridebros (Combat logi with a deadly punch.)
richiesutie 2 (Slayer and breaker of hearts.)
The Dark Cloud ("it only does everything".)
Tosh Vorkuta (Slayer assault medic, deadly but nags about hives all the time...)
Toyboi (Danish FPS veteran of multiple games, slayer.)
x9thiver (Slayer, don't remember much else, currently semi-active.)
I will update this list as we grow (slowly) and probably change some of the descriptons aswell.

(The initial chat channel "We got Aids" is no more, it was frowned upon by a minority people living close to the russian border, apparently oblivious to the original meaning of the word aid, aiding or giving aid and having people that is giving aid like us, AKA aids.)
Dust being constantly "in its current state" has led to many corps having a hard time gettng their A-teams online at the same time and some are big and needs to defend multiple districts simultaneously. We are here to help you!

We had 3 ringers for WTF yesterday, I have played many battles for AE and other corps aswell. We are "PC ready" in the sence that 13 of our 15 members will normally do a very good job and might just be the that little extra a team needs to haul in a win.
We are not "PC ready" in the sense that we can field a full team and defend our districts and such, that is either not the intention.
We are (mostly) awesome in the sense that even some of the top team will hire us if they have too few players on, not enough for the A-team or have to defend multiple districts simultaneously. I would hope that some of the praise we've gotten in this thread should be enough to assert our, well, awesomeness.... |

Babar I'm playing devils advocate here sweetie - why would 'the top teams' hire you? When you were in SI they stomped on you 24/7 and called you garbage, but now you're all awesome?? Funny innit xxx
When Si was in its prime we had about 60 members, it was tight and had a solid average skill level, among the best at the time. At some point we had 150 members and although still pretty decent in skill, we had grown too big too fast and communications IMO was in shambles and I constantly had to play CBs with guys I hardly knew at all. Many of our best had had enough and simply wouldn't play anymore PC or indeed Dust at all. Perhaps an unavoidable consequence of PC, especially consiering Sha's land grabbing appetite, I dunno.
The old SI A-team, was still a feared opponent, one of the few corps that ever got a victory against the imps. The players in the TRE are mostly considered to be among SI finest, among about 10-15 other players mostly in SI still, AE or they've simply stopped playing.
One thing is to have a big corp fall apart due to having to defend 20 districts a day over a long period of time, against everyone, another thing is to gather about half of the best players that still are motivated to play into a small tight corp. I have known and played with many of these players for almost 2 years know, on and off, and thats important too.
QQ like "your mom" and general negative foum banter not directed at TRE should not be inthis thread. Think happy toughts, think of ranbows and icecream!

We have lost some members and gained a few new ones. X9 left us or rather, left Dust altogether. I want to say "so long" on his behalf, he didn't want to roll in a corp since he's about to stuff his head full of knowlege for this thing called "life", I'm sure you've heard about it. Good Luck X9!
We keep getting lots of applicants and not least alliances who want us in, we'll keep out of the politics in new Eden until we are ready to field a complete team, with the current acceptance rate for reqruits this may take some time....
Our CEO is a KDR hungry know-it-all with a set standard he won't go beneath unless there is very good reasons for it...

Updated the OP, again.
We are now in the process of making a "complete" team for future PC operations.
We still seek more slayers and also logislayers, but we also want at least two more specialists:
We need at least one good tanker, that will keep on tanking....
And personally I'd very much like to have a dedicated marksman AKA "sniper" aswell.
So don't hesitate to send us an app or join in the "Rainbow Anything" chat if you wanna group up and see what we're about first.
