Sadly I doubt 1.7 no matter how good it is will bring people back to DUST, it will be due a few weeks after PS4 release and not long before Christmas so allot of people will be getting systems and games around that time so it would take something pretty special to pull people back to an incomplete game on an older system.

I agree 100%; I think CCP needed something rejuvenating a lot quicker than 1.6. If they released the new weapons on 1.6 , they would have an easier course maintaining their current player-base and would have most likely added more players from the pool who had left.

So, with vehicle rebalance and new weapons slated for 1.7 now, as well as the next socket set, which was also estimated to be 1.7ish, I'd say 1.7 is shaping up to be quite the Jesus patch. If nothing gets delayed again.

Why the Caldari have only 2 Dropsuit variations, and only few weapons ?

If you look at it in a role based way, the heavy and scout are the ones missing the love, theres only 1 race that has heavy suits. there are 4 races (all of them) with medium suits, and 2 races that have light suits, dont whine just because tha caldari is missing some suits, whine because there are several racial suits missing
