The Dyst0pian Corporation is an ambitious corporation, we are casual yet serious where it counts. This is an interactive corporation and there is structure, but no one is going to trip on you or act like they are better than you. We also strongly discourage Call of Duty type s#it talking, and condescending people. This is not a place to act above your place or try to pull seniority on anyone, once you become a part of the corp and have proved yourself loyal you are everyone's equal (except in a PC of course, there is a chain of command).
We have an organized strategy that employs squad tactics, and a communication ladder on the battlefield that promotes organization and order. The comms are in an "infantry < squad leader < 1st commander < CEO" structure. We do not have an academy yet, but are currently working on one. If you apply In the near future there is a good chance you will be playing a role in our PC's if you show initiative and desire to do so. If you get in while we are still in the building/open enrollment phase, there is a good chance for fast promotion if you show the qualities we like in our mercs. Believe me when I say we are growing very fast, and will be rising above our peers in the near future (this is not an insult to anyone, just some cockiness to keep it fun, even though it is true).
Please don't ask for any isk signing bonuses or special treatment because you have 15million lifetime SP. We are not looking for someone that is just going to bail in a month to a higher bidder, we are looking for someone that wants to build a corporation with us, and be proud to recruit their friends into a fun corp with some good guys/girls that want to have a great time while kicking some ass. We believe that the fun of the game is reward enough (and it is a game, not a job). We currently have about 100 mercs, but of course there are some inactives that need to get kicked to make room for actives. We own a district on planet fight club, and are vetting for an alliance, but are leaning towards creating a new one. Our goal is to eventually get out of planet fight club when we think we are ready, and start our death voyage into the galaxy.
