Well i have a 690 AMARR assaul ADV with my scrambler rifle and i usually win,even if i have to cheat....

(I use a Matari sidearm a slave hid in his room before leaving, it seems to be some kind of primitive weapon with explosive rounds , but gallante armors cant take the shock of explosions...)

My Standard Gallente Fit is better.

Faster, Similar HP, Cheaper

Only thing is I don't have so many Equipment.

But, I regen like a *****.
That's the balance I suppose...

proto gal logi can have 550 armor +, it can have damage mods and have 20 armor rep per second with triage hives

The most i usually run with is 725 though, with no repair mod but triage hives (you don't need repair if your carying triage hives). I also run 240 shield on this build and an enhanced energizer. But my favorite build has 478 armor 13.25/sec repair a complex cardiac regulator, two complex damage mods and and 172 shield. Both fits have duvolles of course.

OF COURSE BRO, dont need to mention it. Just mention weapons if they ARE NOT a Duvolle or Gek. :3 I'm a Gallente purist (stupid Cal race pic). What do you expect me to use... Bra? If there were other Gal weapons I would use them (and no, shotguns, plasma cannon and nova knives don't count, not my play style).
