I agree with he OP. I'd suggest that the higher your K/D, the lower your cap should be. :) |

Ah, to have one idea in months and to have it called terrible. :)
Actually it kind of works that way now since a cap of 190,000 is much more signifiant to someone with 10M+ SP than it is to someone with <2M. I really wish there was some data available for this game but I'd guess there is a pretty good correlation of skill points to K/D.

About matchmaking, I actually think that mixed experience levels in the same battle is NOT a bad thing. The bad thing in my honest opinion is to have 16 protostompers agains a bunch of noobs (sometimes the roster is not even filled).
THIS is absolutely wrong. My idea of matchmaking is having 2 balanced teams. This is important.
Different levels in the same match give the newer players a chance to learn from better players, both allies and enemies: Funny to say, the most traumatic deaths I experienced (which are printed in my brain) made me a better player.
About the weekly cap, I'm very convicted we should have a higher cap (let's say 240.000 instead of 190.000) until you hit... 5 millions? KDR should have nothing to do with the SP cap, that is a terrible, terrible idea... The Cap should not be removed entirely. This game actually loves us people who have a job and a life and I find it great.

Logistics need more SP. People that lack skill won't benefit greatly by getting more SP either. It is the mass murder guys that make the game seem unbalanced.
Ignoring the poor matchups anyway. If that was better none of this would matter.

You must realise that some people are logis and others may just not be as good, skill IS a factor, especially when you reach a certain level. A better idea would be to slow the SP gain down slightly as you have accrued so much, but then they should adjust the cap after the bonus SP you get every week.
