I try to always get right to the point.
CCP can you tell me, "Why is it that, when I loose my internet connection I get the items that I were using during game play, TAKEN AWAY"?????
I don't have any control over the signals. It doesn't matter if it's AT@T, Cable one, Verizon or so on, sometimes signals go out. It could depend on the area one stays in, the weather or a number of circumstances. Point being, I don't have control over the companies or their systems.
Now, if it's something that I can get from the market that uses skill points, then that's not really a problem ( It is because it shouldn't happen anyway ) but when I'm spending money in the form of AURUM, then that becomes a problem.
Most people work and have bills, children, cars, houses or apartments, girlfriends or boyfriends, wives or husbands, basically things and people that require money, time and effort. And if they don't work and or have such then I believe that, those same people still value their money all the same. This isn't a great economy and a lot of people are suffering. Even more because it is all tied worldwide now so everyone is effected. I have to suffer because people in Mexico can't find jobs,( An example, not a knock
against anyone. ) and that's not their fault but it's the way that it's is now with this global system.
Now I know that you shut down your servers at a certain time. I don't know if those people loose anything that play up to that moment but you do tell them to, get to a safe place before the system goes down.
Can't you find a way to stop this from happening???? Is this a glitch???? Is this a way that you make more money???? A lot of companies find ways and loopholes to squeeze money from it's customers, are you doing the same??? I won't get reimbursed so I don't know what to believe or how to feel.
When I use that AURUM material it is because I don't have enough skill points to move to the next level. I believe that's why you offer such, as to give a taste of what will be. Motivation !!!!! Would you like people such as myself, who this happens to, to stop buying these products or do you even care???? If I loose these materials in battle then it's my fault but when some outside force or third party is thrown into the mix, of which I had or have no control over, I shouldn't have to suffer because of that.
Please find time to address this. I might just use that same money and buy boosters so that way I won't need to buy anymore AURUM weapons and materials because I will have the skill points that I would need for the next level and beyond. I guess if I loose a connection I can't, won't or don't loose those then I won't need to spend any money eventually.
