I have spoken with the director of Latinos Killers Corp and they say they are more than happy to return the district to my corporation and ask that district 13 not be attacked so that the transaction between our two corps can be completed. They also ask that district 9 stop being attacked as well, of course I believe it be up to the community to decide on. But if they truly did not know about the rules as they claim they did not maybe we should give them a second chance and let them keep district 9.
Well we currently have an attack on what was your district dystopia. Let us know what you would like us to do it's tomorrow 01:00-ish.
