It's because Uprising was a horrendous mess and they're scrambling to save the project in a reasonable amount of time, hence still hammering out basic core mechanics 5 months after launch.
I don't tend to keep up to date with all the bullshit they say. Why is this on the BACK BURNER? They should make a few changes then immediately get to work on this, IMO. |

No it's because if they did it right now it would break the economy. Not because of the failure that is uprising. What economy? Have you seen PC lately? CCP is worried about EVEs economy. :/ I've seen the money they can bring in. I'd understand them being worried about everyone here getting oodles of cash, but not so much the other way around.... You would have to play an unreal amount of DUST to earn a PLEX >_<

Corp mate is buying 2 of the EVE Second Decade Collector's Edition, auctioning one off to the Alliance. I only use Amarr Logi/Assault with a Scrambler Rifle/Laser Rifle, so that would be of so much use to me :D
