The automatic scrambler is pretty good actually. It's about on par with assault rifles except the dispersion is a little worse.
I prefer the semiautomatic though.

I find the ordinary Scrambler to be harder to use than AR. I miss the first burst half the time with a DS3 and then, having not specced into it drastically, have to pause to prevent overheating, usually when the enemy has a fair bit of armor left. I don't see many AScrams, although half the time I see one they're within 20m of me and I'm dealing 25% damage with my laser. -_-
