It appears to be weak VS armor, but I'm not sure.
Only level 2 right now but I'm having a really hard time in close combat.
Thinking about skilling into Commando with that character to max out reload speed. |

At least 2 or 3 hit KO on heavies. Um... ability to kill tanks.
And guys, you don't really need to be fast with plasma cannon, so I'm thinking Commando will be fine. |

I would choose evasion over defense when using the plc (and complex damage mods) so I wouldn't go for the commando but I have heard that it can work.
Think about it. Commando is the only way to max out reload speed, just like Minmatar Logi is the only way to max out hack speed.
What's STD? Standard damage? |

Definitely a negative. Medium range, especially when they don't notice you're there.
Close combat would only be good if you're hiding behind a corner.
Once the enemy sees what you're using, they'll jump around and **** and you WONT hit them. |

Thinking about skilling into Commando with that character to max out reload speed. The only people I have seen who are worthy of real praise with the Plasma Cannon are Hally Tari Tari and Commander Marquess. They are both Amarr though
