A direct hit will 1HK a heavy unless they're obscenely tanked and you are just using STD, tanks vary but generally you can do good damage to militia tanks and gunnlogis.
I would choose evasion over defense when using the plc (and complex damage mods) so I wouldn't go for the commando but I have heard that it can work. |
