Unfortunately we wont be, however it has been confirmed that in 1.7 they will be introducing Segways to help with the mobility problem of the heavy. |

The Caldari Heavy would be the obvious choice for first release imo since it would give Caldari and Heavies more than one suit to choose from.

They could give it to us, but it would require removing the Amarr heavy and forge gun until further notice. This way they could rebuild us heavies from the ground up... |

Your optimism disturbs me.
Besides there won't be room since the vehicle/AV rebalance will be pushed back again. However if we're lucky Heavies will get +5 WPs for every 100 meters of open battlefield traversed on foot. |

I always pictured Gallente heavy weapon being like an ion/plasma flamethrower sort of thing. Amarr I pictured some sort of huge semi-scoped laser rifle. |

Gallente heavy with a HMG that is basically a AR with 600 rounds and 7 low slots on the suit. Bring it punks! I might be walking at 2m/s but i will have more HP then any 1 else on this game. |

problably the amarr heavy anti-infantry weapon will not be an HMG, surely a laser rifle, only that more powerful and waaaay heavier, i wish that the heavy gallente weapon be something like the light blaster turret |
