That's what you get for not paying attention 
I just got my Proto suit too  But it'll be a while before I get to use, I just restocked maybe 2 mil worth of suits and also dumped a couple mil into a tanking alt. Now I only have 25 mil ISK :( |

I don't even remember getting a respec at commercial release. I was specced into this suit from the start. |
