So vehicles being removed, AV being altered, and modules and skills being changed around doesn't count as new info?

I was talking to a guy last night actually who played a little bit of DUST, his biggest complaint was that he spent a bunch of SP on something he didn't end up liking cuz he didn't know how it would play out. Because of that, he says he won't buy boosters if he does decide to start playing again.
He was definitely looking for FoTM
