Minmatar who remained loyal to the Empire are already gaining their freedom and moving up in the Empire, just as the Ni-Kunni before them and the Khanid before the Ni-Kunni. Heck, the Khanid, once slaves of the Amarr Empire, can even boast having one of their own becoming the Emperor. Meanwhile in the Federation, the Minmatar will forever be the lower class scums who get addicted to drugs which the government exploits because the drug cartel is good for the economy.
