Is there a consistent visual design for the various futuristic technologies in the game, especially designs pertaining to anti-gravity devices, power generators, and shield emitters/generators? I'd love to know what guidelines and design rules the art team follows when designing things in DUST. |

Amarr = gold, everything gold. With some black trim. Caldari = everything boxy. Pragmatic and angular. Grey in color. Gallente = Alien (the movie) Minmatar = 2 parts Star Wars, 1 part junk yard, add some rust, stir. |

Gallente-Very Organicy, round and smooth
Caldari-Angular, sharp, minimalistic. Who needs style when you have functional!
Minmatar-Clunky, hosh-posh of possibly recycled components. Cheaper then even the Caldari, but gets the job done.
Amarr- Ceremonial like, gold plated, designed around style first. Display the gods might. |

Posting the names of all the sockets for the Research SI Set was a great start. Seeing a sort of design vocabulary for small components would be cool too. |

Amarr .... WH 40k ish? Orin? Adromeda but gold colored? Minmatar kind of remind me of that outlaw gun show. |
