I have nothing to do with this site, but I'll try to answer your concerns anyway.

Valid complaint, although I think BGoat has chosen to only show corporations that holds districts. This site isn't about showing the biggest alliance overall, but rather about showing the alliances presence in PC. Therefore it is correct to only show an alliance's corporations that actually hold districts in PC.
This is his choice. The site is about PC and I think it's reasonable to only show corporations with districts. If you want to see all the corps in a given alliance you can use other sites (Dotlan etc I would guess).

I don't think he's "dissing" any corps here. He's just listing the corps with the highest tax rate and gives the column a fancy headline. Sure it could say "Corporations with the highest tax" instead, but I don't have a problem with a fancy headline.

Again, he's just listing the corps with the most districts under attack and gives the column a fancy headline. These are the corps with the most districts under attack whether they attack themselves or not.

As said above, he's not trying or wanting to list whole alliances, but merely the parts of alliances that hold districts. That's what the site is about.
