Wow... How many Ex. Zion TCD members can we squeeze into this topic, am I right?
Anyway I remember the day when my first PlayStation3 died. It was a first generation sixty gigabyte model. Died due to Sony purchasing, and using cheap thermal paste. Which led to the CPU overheating, and cracking, and that led to the system rapidly overheating, deathly system wide failure. Even my HDD died. I still have the system infact. Now though I have my six (going on seven) year old eighty gigabyte PlayStation3. The system runs fine actually. No real problems other then faulty OS (Operating System) glitches. Apparently multi-tasking is not reccomended. I fully intend to keep the system, and maintain said system for as long as possible. It's amazing to say the least. Such fond memories. I remember the week Sony released the PlayStation3, and I remember dredging through every store in my county. Looking for a PlayStation3 all that week, and I remember booting up Ristance: Fall of Man, and Gundam: Crossfire. Great games; great times. Back then you could also actually play PlayStation2 titles on you're PlayStation3. This was before Sony, and the industry realized just how much more money they could make by re-selling us our favorite titles through PlayStation Network (SEN), or through physical up-scaled copies (though "trophies" never hurt).
Oh well. I suppose I just stop there for today. Though I must say nothing to this day will ever beat the day Sony, and Incognito released Warhawk. Trully amazing. Best bundle ever. For sixty dollars I got a great game, and a bluetooth headset. Which at the time was an amazing steal too.
As for the PlayStation4? I hope to have enough money saved up by January, but I am hoping to be able to purchase it sooner of course. Release week/month would be phenomenal. |

Yeah. It's especially funny to note that of all of you, I am still in Zion TCD. Go figure. Anyway it is good to see so many of you in one place. Ha-ha.
