Iv had some great success dual tanking my sentinel suit with 1 enhanced shield regulator enhanced armour repair and 1 enhanced shield enegiser. The fast regen makes a great buffer for your armour reps to work. |

Oh and I have a fit called f@#k you cal for breakung cal logis
1 adv basic heavy frame
Low slotts- 1 enhanced cardiac regulator, 1 enhansed armour repair
High slotts- 1 enhansed shield enegiser, 1 basic shield energiser
Wepon- gek or assault scrambler rifle
Side arm- klo scrambler pistol
Grenade - locust
Thus fit works quite well and if you have a friend with compound or trieage hives with you , you'll be set. |

Rechargers are meh.... but youll really notice the difference with the enegisers .honestly. |

The penultimate set you ran is the most useful, and suits the amarr suit the best, but try
1 plate 1 reactive plate 1 damage mod 1 energizer
Amarr use shields to burst tank, they then rely on armour to keep them in the fight, there is no point extending shields on such a suit, as the difference per plate isn't enough!
Regulators only do a significant amount when stacked, you are better of stacking armour! The caldari will be better for shields!
Yes but an enhansed shield regulator can cut your depleated dely by up to 3 seconds if you have the skills in place so combined with enegusers will return a greater ammount of hp I a much shorter time.

True, but I would leave the regulator till he goes up a tier!
The complex is only +5% ontop of the enhansed and I dont thinknits worth the fitting requirements the enhansed is the goldilocks of regulators.
