Did anyone else think that when they said "new war point rewarrds"...

This is ridiculous as the WP is kind of proportional to ISK, so the more WP you have, the more ISK you got meaning that the thing on the market would be sold for ISK.

The seem like a legacy item they had big plans for, then changed their mind and didn't remove because they can't think of a better way to decide who gets to OS and when.

I may be wrong... but i'm pretty sure War Points are your exchange currency for ISK, a bit like "prove" that you have done your job at the best of your abilities.

It's not a wallet for purchasing goodies -- though I can see how other games might lead you to assume everything you have should be useful for something in and of itself.

And I have 130,000 WP. I am not complaining about the corps for asking for a 1m SP boundary just because I want to join... I am complaining because I feel sorry for them as they are losing out on the good players who only play occasionally.

It is unrealistic... 1,000,000 wp will put you somewhere around the top 1500 players in the leader boards. with such a small player base, you asking for to much. I think 300,000 wp is more realistic, personally.

Your rank in the list determines the size of the total pot that you get. WP is certainly used to determine your relative ISK even if it is not directly related to the size of the pool itself.

Is everyone saying this for a reason? I am not an idiot, I know that. I am just saying that stockpiling WP is more or less useless and should have some kind of purpose so that it doesn't create the illusion of people being ranked by it.
