Well I hope that we soon have something proper to aim for in terms of WP, we should be able to use them for something. Furthermore some corporations are making stupid decisions like only allowing 1 million WP members join, that would eliminate this stupid problem. Yeah I really don;t get the whole warpoint thing. The seem like a legacy item they had big plans for, then changed their mind and didn't remove because they can't think of a better way to decide who gets to OS and when.
I may be wrong... but i'm pretty sure War Points are your exchange currency for ISK, a bit like "prove" that you have done your job at the best of your abilities. |

I also have 400,000 isk payouts with 3,000 wp and zero kills. The payouts depends of the security level of the planet. |

And I have 130,000 WP. I am not complaining about the corps for asking for a 1m SP boundary just because I want to join... I am complaining because I feel sorry for them as they are losing out on the good players who only play occasionally.
It is unrealistic... 1,000,000 wp will put you somewhere around the top 1500 players in the leader boards. with such a small player base, you asking for to much. I think 300,000 wp is more realistic, personally. |
