If i were a TCO and decided to hire from your chat how would i know the people in there are experienced in PC and will know what they are doing.

Excellent question! I thought about this myself. As it stands i would now like to limit the players allowed in this chat. I have come up with one solution. TCO's would be given the password to the Newly formed "For Hire" (<--written like this) chat channel. This Password would only be given out to players in a TCO's corporation that the TCO feels will show the skill, maturity and honesty to participate in this business while representing their corporation. As of right now it is just a work in progress and I hope that with more involvement from the community we could learn the fastest and most convenient way to conduct ourselves in a for hire market. I am simply trying to get the ball rolling outside the forums. Thanks for the great question, I definitely had to reevaluate what i was getting into!

This channel is set up to connect Planetary conquest officers to perspective mercenaries/corporations for hire. Join this chat and announce yourself as a TCO or list your going rate. This channel is brand new so it will require you to share it with you corporations TCO and mercenaries looking to take on a "side job."

Players to receive password: CEO's, TCO's. They may delegate this down throughout their corporation as they see fit. They will be representing their corporation within this channel and will be expected to conduct business in a professional manner.

What kind of jobs are we looking at? how do you plan on doing jobs?

Also, what is stopping people from looking for ringers in local? Sure, you don't know them, but you can look up their stats on your contact screen and avoid anyone with low WPs/KDR/win stat

you could have a board post like the scout registy/killboard where you posted the mercs standings

I don't mean to rain on everyone's parade, but um, how is this different from Ringers Inc. exactly?
