EDIT: I actually have a VERY similar loadout (to yours) that i shall not share with Amarr logi (my Main) But i use it with the A. Scrambler Rifle.....

but can it tank that hp while using the equips i mentioned..proto heal hive..adv resupply hive and stnd nanite?

To fit those and an Advanced ScR (16 PG)would be pointless because you would practically have to use a PG module anyway. Even then you might not be able to use any Complex Damage mods or other Equipment. Wiyrakomis are good for Gall Logis, but they don't work well on an Amarr one, which gets a bonus to armor repair.

A militia grenade will kill you, just get a compact, or triage nanos.

To cover the needs of Assaults the Logis are slower but sturdier in the battlefield. a Battle logi might not even run equipments as he's purpose is to KILL. If you want a true logi; replace the ENH armor plate for a basic one,The damage mod for another Shield ext, and take out the Active scanner , and then equip whatever you'd like.
