That's a bad fit. Replace the Extender with a Basic Energizer so you have a small quickly recharging sniper barrier, use an Armor Repairer of your choice, then fit as much Armor plates on as you can. Use a scrambler rifle (or AScR if you prefer full auto) and a SMG/ScP, then slap an injector and repair tool on there. A single compact hive will keep a ScR filled for an entire battle if you decide to use a regular one.
I personally have:
Logistics A/1 - Series Highs Complex Damage Modifier Basic Shield Extender Basic Shield Energizer
Lows Basic Armor Repairer Complex Armor Plate Complex Armor Plate
Weaponry CRW - 04 Scrambler Rifle Flaylock Pistol Flux Grenades
Equipment Compact Nanohive (Personal Use) KIN- 12 Nanite Injector BDR - 2 Repair Tool |

To fit those and an Advanced ScR (16 PG)would be pointless because you would practically have to use a PG module anyway. Even then you might not be able to use any Complex Damage mods or other Equipment. Wiyrakomis are good for Gall Logis, but they don't work well on an Amarr one, which gets a bonus to armor repair. |

And the a lvl 4 SMG or Scrambler pistol are better than a flaylock. If I could fit a scrambler pistol I would, but I don't have any PG left. I am kind of impatient, I admit, that's why I fit 2 complex armor repairers on my suits sometimes though. |
