Needs Sniper at V and the next skill at III
Stable enough that you can double-tap targets though not as well as the real tacticals.
Very rare, ridiculously overpowered. If you ever get shot by one, make it your life goal to kill the person using it as he will cry.

You're right, it has been nerfed. It used to be 190%.
Seems like an unnecessary nerf to me. Many players can already survive a headshot and they're hard to pull of when they're jumping like kangaroos!

It's an Officer Weapon that you require Sniper Rifle Proficiency 3 to use. A few games ago I was bored so I thought I'd use a Balac's (I was content on eventually losing it) Lol. I lost it by getting two shot by a Thale. Interesting thing was he was using the Ishukone Sniper Rifle than once he noticed me getting kills with my Balac's he switched to a Thale. Just for me. I felt special. :3 |

You're right, it has been nerfed. It used to be 190%.
It still is versus armor, against shields it is the slightly lower value. |
