You think the shutdown is Obama's fault? It is pretty clear that a bunch of Tea Party fucktards are having fit like a bunch of 2 year olds. Why? Because of a law that was voted on and passed by voters, enacted by democratically elected officials, caused the re-election of said democratically elected officials, and was upheld by the Supreme Court. What they are doing is not only undemocratic it is at best destructive towards their party and more importantly America as a whole. Over what? Giving people health care? Absolutely absurd! Every other first world Nation in the world has Universal Healthcare. Republicans also forget that it was THEY that adopted the ACA from a Professor Mark Pauly as an alternative to Bill Clintons proposal back in the 90s. But, suddenly its bad because of Obama. Its obvious that they are doing this because they don't want to hand Obama a political victory. Which is somehow more important than your life. That segment of the GOP absolutely disgusts me on a personal level at this point in time. |

Its not really about the healthcare. Its about making Obama fail as a President so they gain political points during next election cycle. Problem is they are sacrificing the public's health for this. People would literally die because of them if they manage to get their way. Lack of preventative health care in the United States actually drives up costs of insurance too.
Now the Republican's are playing games with America's finances. If they don't raise the debt ceiling America will default on its loans which will cause a huge ripple affect that will be felt in other nations as well considering the dollar is the cornerstone of the current financial institutions and the oil trade.
This is basically them committing political suicide and taking as many of us with them as they can. |

But since they want to tell me that I have to pay another bill on top of the ones I already have or face fines well they can kiss my ass.
Is that what Faux "News" told you to say? Obama had nothing to do with this shut down. Only Congress has the power to pass a budget. Which makes it kind of obvious that this was Republican orchestrated. It cost the American economy 25 BILLION to boot before all was said and done. What did they get to show for it? A good roasting by the American public before they tucked their tail between their legs and ran home to mommy cause the "mean" black man wanted to make sure every American had medical care like every other civilized nation in the world. |

Is that what CNN told you to say, all the different news channels are biased its up to you to do your research and get as close to the whole story. I hate all politicians whether Republican or Democrat but I will definitely say I hate Obama more due to his policies(gun control, immigration and ACA). Like I said get rid of the penalties people would face for opting out and you will get more support and participation in ACA. Until then you will have people like me who tell the government to **** off. I refuse to allow someone in my house without my permission so I will not be participating in ACA since that would allow the government to inspect aka search my house without probable cause. Sorry it is none of their ******* business what I do or own inside my house. As far as what every other "civilized" country does, don't ******* care what they do in other countries. If I wanted things like they are in other countries I would move there, I stay in America because I enjoy the freedom we have, or rather are supposed to have and would prefer we kept that freedom.
Yes, Obama is going to put on his combat boots and parachute from Air Force One, blow a hole through your roof, and land in your living room. He is then going to karate you into submission and force you to sign up for Obamacare! Question!?! Do you get insurance through your employer? If the answer is yes then Obamacare doesn't even have anything to do with you and you can go about your life. If the answer is no then you have a chance to get preventative care which will save lives, cut costs to health care(lack of preventative care has been proven to drive up costs), and it will create a boom in jobs for everything involving the health industry. More doctors, nurses, clerks, and even IT staff will be needed to cover the extra 20 - 30 million people soon.
