True, I've actually considered making a breach fit just to one shot Dropships for the lulz. Since I never leave home without my LAV, the being frozen in spot is irrelevant. I can reposition, use the LAV as cover, and basically only die if I'm unlucky enough to get hit by another breach forge gun while driving 
If you can catch them with resists off...1 Shot Marauders  Proto Breach, Prof 5, double complex and a weak spot hit  |
