Though, I do love Adventure Time, the only 2 shows I'd be willing to let people 'mistake' them for anime is Teen Titans and Avatar.
If you want comedy go watch Lucky Star like a true anime lover would!

Sorry, but Chowder sucked - for me. I do love that sort of random over the top slap-stick comedy, but I need a plot that goes beyond, "THAT LOOKS SHINEY!" even in my comedies.
I'd suggest Ordinary Life for you Rampage if you're into that sort of comedy - but it's in anime style ;)
