Where in God's name did you get the idea that the Swarm launcher was a Surface-to-Air Missile?
It's a guided missile swarm. Nothing more. It shoots tanks. there are, in fact real life man-portable guided munitions intended to kill tanks. Education is your friend.

Right, the swarm gunner packed a EVE Dreadnaught salvo into his missile launcher. it all makes sense now.
And what the **** do respecs have to do with AV nades? Your inability to avoid them does not speak well of your tactical acumen
Further, in the future, apparently AV nades exist. See? Just because we haven't had a real-world analog since what, world war 1 or 2?
