Also, you won't be able to get BPO's from buying expansions from PSN store with two exceptions. CCP will not remove Elite and Veteran Packs from the PSN store. Also, the BPO's in those packs will be the only BPO's available from now on (covenant sniper, assault suit, and dren collection, and Lav BPO). If you own any BPO's right now, you will be able to keep them (and they'll still count as BPO's). Supposedly this is in preparation for the player driven market, although I am not sure how removal of BPO's will work. Whether CCP releases another Merc pack in the future is not known.

Instead, there will be new offerings but he didn't say what they would be (yet) or how much they would cost.

Also, has anyone noticed that the BPO of the militia medium frame minmatar is so much better than the regular version of the militia medium frame minmatar?

My recommendation is to get the militia BPO's if you don't have them already; also the Syndicate or Toxin SMG are great pick ups as well. Also, be sure you have a BPO suit of your choice - the Raven is fantastic - it is a Standard Assault suit (Caldari) with no skill requirements. Here is my favorite free fit and it works well: Raven Assault Suit Exile AR Toxin SMG Militia Locus Grenade Militia Shield Extender x 2 Militia Armor Repairer Militia Armor Plates Militia Nanohive All BPO's, with about 600 total HP.

By the Minmarter Logi, I am guessing you are talking about the Sever? Oh and the Syndicate and Toxin SMG's are identical as well, so pick the color you like better (assuming that they are different colors)

Although I noticed that the BPO militia minmatar (not sever, the militia one) has different stats then the standard militia minmatar. PG is a little different. Also the BPO has 2 equipment slots regular militia minmatar has 3 high slots, 1 equipment slot.
