from what I understand all BPO's will be removed from the market FOREVER! Also, you won't be able to get BPO's from buying expansions from PSN store with two exceptions. CCP will not remove Elite and Veteran Packs from the PSN store. Also, the BPO's in those packs will be the only BPO's available from now on (covenant sniper, assault suit, and dren collection, and Lav BPO).
If you own any BPO's right now, you will be able to keep them (and they'll still count as BPO's).
Supposedly this is in preparation for the player driven market, although I am not sure how removal of BPO's will work.
Whether CCP releases another Merc pack in the future is not known. |

actually, since we are on the subject of BPO's, what's the difference between the "Exile" Assault Rifle and the "Toxin" Assault Rifle?
Also, has anyone noticed that the BPO of the militia medium frame minmatar is so much better than the regular version of the militia medium frame minmatar? |

Exile was released as a special event reward, and the Toxin as part of the new merc pack. Now you can also buy the Exile on the market (until next week anyway). Both are standard AR's, though.

I have the Dragonfly assault suit. It has the same stats as the Raven but I don't know if it gets racial stats.
Forgot about the Toxin SMG!!
So far I have:
Dragonfly Assault Suit
Dragonfly Scout Suit
Minmatar Logistics Suit
Thale Scout Suit (I like the color)
Toxin Assault Rifle |

Yes. Although I noticed that the BPO militia minmatar (not sever, the militia one) has different stats then the standard militia minmatar.
PG is a little different.
Also the BPO has 2 equipment slots
regular militia minmatar has 3 high slots, 1 equipment slot. |
