Logi has innate reps due to the skill, but I don't regularly run it so I can't speak for other adavantages other than the hacking bonus. Scout has 2 lows like the assault and also shield based, but no passive rep. It it too much to ask to get 1 hp/s rep like the assault? It'd make more sense to use that low slot for a dampener with the rise of scanners. Gallente scout has 4 lows at proto so shhh please, but the adv Gallente scout should get 3L 1H. Minnie scout has no room for a rep without scrificing PG to fit shield extenders. Is that reasonable?

It saves me from getting slave blood on my hands.

I used to just quietly submit, then I found the power in having plates and extenders taking full advantage of my high shield recharge. A passive rep with a kin cat & plate or a kin cat and dampener will bring rise to a 3 day scout uprising until CCP gives us a stealth nerf for that miniscule buff.
