I doubt it Ive known him for 33 years, hes not intelligent or mature, hes alot like you guys, the "meta gamers"......

Alright. I think CCP are doing a good job with balancing things out. Sure, it takes time, and they may go overboard now and again, but it's obvious that they care about this game and are working hard to make it better.
Dust 514 is a very complicated. In COD all you have to balance is guns and perks. Here, its guns, skills, modules, suits, and several varieties of vehicles. That's very difficult to do. They're going to make mistakes, like with the post-Chromosome LR nerf. But you can bet they'll always correct their mistakes, again like with buffing the LR to what it is now.
CCP's got it mang.
