That's the only reason I can come up with, but even that doesn't make sense. Although the minmatar have the lowest amount of low slots of any assault (only 2), so it's just a nice addition I guess so that you don't have to use up one of those slots for armor repair. Then again minmatar are shields...

A CPU mod is almost always a requirement on the suit and your PG is a joke. The adv suit is basically 3H, 1L with needing the CPU mod.

I feel no sympathy for you, the adv commando suit is 2H, 1L with required CPU mod and terrible base attributes.
