So of the $100 I had loaded on my psn for omega boosters I have spent $14.99 spelunky $9.99 Tokyo Jungle (cool premiss game) and an avatar $0.99
That is $26 in lost revenue for the game for just me I know there are many more out there not buying due to ridiculous pricing. $32/month subcription for a beta game FML

You want to boycott higher prices? Go right ahead. CCP, just like every business out there, has every right to set the prices however they like. At the very least be happy they don't force you to pay the amount you wanted to pay. Besides, no one is putting a gun to your head. |

It is a little over priced. Perhaps, a season pass sort of thing where you get 5 Omegas for 39.99 and you d/l it every 2 months? Also, ISK should be able to be used to lower the AUR amount. For instance, 50M ISK used lowers price 10-25%. |

The game is Free to play dude..... its 0 dollars a month. Nobody is requiring that you buy the passive booster. I did simply because I want to catch back up to my competition as fast as possible, and that's why the price is what it is.
It costs 28K to buy a normal 30 day booster. The Omega booster is twice as good as the normal booster so as a minimum the Omega booster should be worth 56K. CCP charges 65K because of the convenience of getting that SP twice as fast as anyone else. Simple as that.
Im not saying its "right" but I don't think people should be so up in arms about this stuff....... |

Assuming the 5 booster are 2 passive and 3 active? I could see this being reasonable bundling of boosters .. again price would need to get a little close to industry standard for regular boosters and omega's priced accordingly...
The isk for discount is another great Idea among many I have heard over the last 24h .

An omega booster is $32.50 for 720,000 SP. That extra 360,000 SP is costing you $18.50 or 32% more per skill point. But it's SP that you can't get any other way.

I have bought items in the past as I want the game to succeed but I will not be gouged for wanting to support growth and development ... lower prices or loose optional funding this is the hurdle ccp stands before Price gouged? CCP is creating a market with multiple tiers of buy-in. It's like saying no bottle of wine is allowed to cost more than $9.99 at the grocery store. No one is being hurt by the new prices; on the contrary - it is giving people who didn't have anything else to spend money on in this game something to spend money on.
There are literally people who have bought multiple merc packs, own every BPO in the game, own all of the BPO std suits, and bought a vet and dren pack and have a year's worth of boosters in the queue. Why would CCP NOT put in expensive items that reward those willing to pay more? |

Funny considering you seem to be attempting same thing to those that decided to purchase an Omega Booster because you drew a line (and there is no problem with that). Me personally, I am on the fence at the moment. I have some time to decide what to do.

I understand, which is why I said you drew a line in the sand, i.e., purchasing BPOs and standard boosters is okay but the Omegas were not. I go with regular boosters, but I am not so sure about the Omegas at the moment. The promotion they ran with Uprising I dd purchase a few, but this time around, not so sure. |

Ok i get what your saying now.
Really what it is looking like is ccp is saying due to our lack of developing new content, Balancing existing content and improper marketing to raise the player base we would like the few still playing and buying with aur to pick up the slack for the rest... thats why I drew the line .. its not fair and I wont stand for it ... not for a much larger pay out in game at least.. |

It being "vital" is a matter of opinion I suppose based on your desire to maximize your character progression - which CCP has now stated costs X. In this merc's opinion looking forward from 25mil+ SP with months to a year of AFKness in the near future... the extra 360,000/mo is NOT vital lol. |
