Assault- Medic plus 1 militia shield 400 isk.
Works in most pubs for going 6 and 4, 4 and 3.
Need more kills?
Then need to spend more ISK.
GEK, basic logistics Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar or Amarr or an Assault of these four races.
Basic or enhanced shields with enhanced reppers 29k for 10 and 2, 15 and 2, etc.

Militia or starter fits work for me in most situations.
And if the going gets bad then its time for more expensive fits that cost me more than my typical 3 to 5k.
Then its time to drag out some basic fits. |

Then need to spend more ISK. I'm looking for a fit that owns, but under 50k. Above that like my 70k fits I have, are not what I'm looking for.
